Black 60cm SCATTANTE R330 Road Bike

I don't have a good feel for what this bike should be worth. I'm just over 6'3" and I've had a very hard time finding anything in my size. I'm just looking for something under $500 for the summer. What do you think about the above bike? Anything else I should look to for my budget range? Thanks.

It's true. I didn't see a more appropriate place on the forum for this.

I found the same thing on google but still don't feel like I have good information. From what I can tell its performance bike's brand but I have nothing but speculation on the quality. Obviously it can't be a great bike at that price. I just wonder if that is still accurate.

A $400 new bike today is bottom of the barrel, but for Wallyworld bikes. Other than Cannondales and the Trek vintage aluminum bikes, the classic & vintage crowd generally are not fans of aluminum frames.

Buy the Schwinn below and find a coop where you can get it overhauled or maybe some member here would do it.

Performance has been around for a long time, so I feel confident that the quality is decent. However that name, Scattante, aways made me think of cougar crap (scat) so I would never buy one.
