Colnago Crystal
Cursory Googling shows this to be low end Columbus/Colnago (which is on par with mid-range something?)...what's a fair "in person" sort of price for one of these.
Vintage Colnago Crystal Road Bike 54cm | eBay
Looks like the steerer (which was probably swapped from an original threaded one) is cut too short.
thanks in advance

It is a little beat up, especially the cranks and pedals.
The frame does have a few dings, but not too bad, other than whatever that is on the left seat stay.
The components are also functional, but moderate quality.
Local Pickup will save a bit.
I think I'd put the market value closer to $800, but it could come in anywhere between $400 and $1000.
The big question is whether it actually fits you. The bars are low, but it would be ok if the seat was 4" lower. You can flip the stem upwards if you wish.

thanks. It seems like the ultimate platform to make a high end beater bike. I noticed the seller is asking 700 on the local CL. Could be golden for the right person. I still think the fork is cut too short.
