More pics would be helpful, but I will throw out a guess - $1,000+. Check past sales on Ebay

I'd like to see the seat stay caps...the BB shell and the headlugs. I suspect it's worth a bit more than suggested above, even in a soft market.

That looks very nice. I've seen posts that the Vancouver bike market is a seller's market , so I would list it locally for USD $1400 or $1500. My size but I already have a Pro and I'm a bargain shopper

Hmmm, it's in fantastic shape, but $2200? I'd throw out $1400 as a high-water mark. Beauty, of a bike, but not all that uncommon.

I'd agree with Spaghetti...on ebay, 1400-1500.

I don't know Vancouver's market that well, but I suspect that's a definite stretch. If it were an earlier one with the horizontal script on caps...and the earlier BB...then yes.

I would be interested to hear what it actually sells for, ask high, sell lower....keep us posted.

Would still be a tough sell.

I'm not sure I'd even go that high, maybe $1200 US. Nice bike but not unusual, and there are a lot of Eddys out on the market right now.
