Everything that I wrote is merely what I think about the frame..I'm not sure of the value of the frame after the repaint

Would be nice to have some confirmation. Especially the year it was built is important to me to know with which parts I will build it.

Fairly certain this frame is not a Super. To my knowledge, Supers all had either a tube-shaped or spool-shaped connector between the chain stays. This one looks to have a webbing as part of the lug.

I'm getting a mid 90's feel from that C-94 maybe? Are the tubes round? I agree if not repaint, then at least, re-decaled. I don't think I've seen a Colnago sticker like that on a top tube before.

Bikes: No-name LH drive track. Also ride an Exxon Graftek, a Masi, a Trek R200 or a RR Boneshaker for fun!

Maybe more than a repaint...

I've never seen a Colnago with mismatched dropout brands...Perhaps another of our esteemed panelists has?

Seller said they original owner had contact with colnago and they said it was a super. But offcourse he could have lied...Thanks for the help!

As far as I know the tubes are round, will check it later.
Frame+fork are weighing +-3kg alltogether of this should help.

Can you draw the shape of the main tubes? From the photos they look non-round. How many flutes?

Assuming a square/diamond shape to the main tubes (top tube, seat tube, and down tube), then it would be a Master of some sort.

Thanks for your info. I'll check the shape of the tubes when I get home from work. What do you mean with flutes? English is not my native language..

Non-Round tubes.

Colnago started using shaped tubes in the early 80's

I believe the Spiral Conic only had a shaped downtube. The Master had a shaped top tube, down tube, and seat tube.

I think some Mexico models had creases along the side of the main tubes (sorry, not on the diagram).

Thanks for the clear explanation. Will check it later. Awesome to see how much knowledge there is on this forum!

Ok, it would be quite noticeable if they weren't. I must have been seeing shadows in your early photos.

Are the chainstays also oval the whole length, or are there indents for tire clearance?

Yes the pictures are deceivable, I guess it's the paintjob.
Chainstays are oval over the whole length, no noticable indents.
