This one is in great shape. There's very little evidence of wear of the rim sidwalls. The only issue I see is that the non-driveside pedal has a toeclip that is missing the end that retains the strap. Replacements can be a bit hard to find, given that they are a unique style, dedicated to Shimano pedals of the era. Given how little it appears to have been ridden, it's likely original grease and warrants bearing overhauls. As such, it's a good deal, but only if you can do the work yourself. FYI, it's a 1988 model, original MSRP, $429 US.

Definitely. It's a very nice late 80's Japanese model with a Tange 2 frame. You will discover that it's very easily upgraded to modern parts . Or, just ride it as is. A pretty good deal at that price.

Owned one - decent rider and that's a fair price.

Not sure what it sold for but the clean white hood SLR levers and stem would go for over $100, and there is a couple of guy's here on the cheap skate forums that would pay that for these..

I'd have to see it to believe it.
