ID help with two frames: Cilo and Peugeot

I have these two frames and I would like to know more about them. I can't find any model names on them or any solid information on the internet. I am including some links to photo galleries because there are too many photos to post here in the thread.

Frame #1 is a 1980s (?) Cilo road frame: https://www.dropbox.com/gallery/3702764/1/Cilo?h=6e5b49

It is 56cm and is made of metric-sized Columbus SLX tubing. It uses an Italian bottom bracket and a 26.6mm seatpost. Brake bolts are recessed. The dropouts are stamped "Shimano" and the serial number 92389S is engraved on the bottom bracket shell.

I have been looking online for images of old Cilo catalogs and I can't find any. Does anyone know what this is?

Frame #2 is a 1970s (?) French market Peugeot: https://www.dropbox.com/gallery/37027...ugeot?h=5062c4

This frame was shipped to me from France and must therefore be a model produced for the French market. The bottom bracket is French and so is the headset. Rear spacing is 120mm. The dropouts are stamped "Simplex" and the serial number 8041361 is stamped on the bottom bracket shell. The seller told me that the three main tubes are made of Reynolds steel if that is any help.

I would be very grateful if anyone could identify these for me!

I've been looking at old Peugeot catalogs and I think my Peugeot is one of the PR10 models. I can't find any other models with 3 Reynolds tubes.
