I'm out of my territory with hi-risers, but the chainguard says Warrior Jet and I thought Stingrays had S-shaped downtubes?

Well the bike isn't a Stingray. It doesn't even appear to be Schwinn I'm guessing it is a lesser Stingray copy. This combined with the rough shape says the bike has little value maybe $100 in a good market.

Typical private label brand from the bike boom. Maybe $50. Every tire store, gas station, discount store, etc., was selling their brand of bike during the boom. Hundreds if not thousands of brands out there. The real Schwinn Stingrays and Krates have some pretty good value. Everything else, not much. Might want to try the rat rod or cruiser forum, there is one out there.

Yes, offbrand Musclebike. It might be a fun project for a father/kid team to fix up.
You might be able to ID it further by looking at the Musclebikes in our Picture Database.
Do a ‘Query by Style’ for ‘Musclebikes’:
