Not an actual pista. Converted road bike. I'm not sure, but that looks like a Sears Ted Wiliiams model. 200$ is pushing it, 450 is fanciful. CL link isn't working.

Looks like the seller is fishing for a sucker. I think that bike's been repainted, and the conversion to SS/FG is just a gimmick to get someone to pay way too much for a "cool-looking" bike. If you're interested for a single speed or fixed gear bike, you can do much better spending $450 to buy something of decent quality brand new.

These multiple bike postings per hour by this OP and others are beginning to steam a few long term contributors. Perhaps it's from smartphone addiction? Do some homework, like reading the stickies, figure out your frame size, and read mytenspeeds.com. Also, honestly figure out your own mechanical skills and time availabilty to make a bike road ready. Otherwise you'll have to pay an LBS or a privateer to do the work.

Then, when you've narrowed it down, we can help.

Thanks!

+1. Although, after a particularly awful day, I'm enjoying taking it out on not-so-innocent CL sellers.

Oddjob in particular is (in)famous for ferreting out deals on your local CL, or anyone else's, for that matter. But a bit of knowledge can go a long way towards making sure you don't get taken.

PS now the CL link works, it is a Ted Williams/Sears bike. Seller is incredibly hopeful of snagging a sucker. Even for a 531 one, that is above top of the market. Not a repaint, that was their actual colour.

It is a 531 frame Ted Williams, not a bad bike but overpriced in this case for sure.

Well awfull bike bad price. Basically if it's a SS/FG conversion on CL just pass 90% of these are overpriced junk.
