Tough to say with the non-original parts, but as a point of reference for you I recently sold a 1980 Tourist in a bit rougher shape for $300, and had a few people lined up to buy it.

The bars and other none original stuff hurt value some but it's great your honest about them. I would say $200-250 value wise. If it was original Raliegh 77 British or older it would be worth a lot more likey double to the right buyer. Also are you sure on the dates the bikes frame and paint look to be from the 60's.

Thank you for the replies.
They seem be like hens teeth around here.I waited for over two years when this one came up on C/L. The fenders and chainguard were added after purchase.
zukahn1,I'm basing the date by the one on the rear hub.I've never really compared the differnces between years as they seem to timeless other than colors.

These can be kinda hard to date Ralieagh and it copeirs have made the basic 3speed toursist from 1912 to present. The pigeon is basiacly a cheap copy of 1930's Carlton.
