It's very similar to a 1967 Robin Hood I had, fixed, and sold for $125. Same frame (except fork) and color scheme, except yours has chrome fenders and mine had green/white painted fenders. Same bar, stem, brakes, saddle (except mine was black), crankset and pedals, rims. Same cable clips!
Mine was an S-A 5 speed, pretty unusual. And not nearly as pristine as yours.
