Hello Welcome to the forums

They seem to be around '93-94ish.

The Specialized looks a bit bigger so which one fits? If you live in a hilly area the triple on the Specialized will be handy.

I am not big alloy fan so I would opt for the Specialized.

I'd also go for the Specialized, but you need to go with what fits and is a comfortable ride.
