I have for sale this Gios Super Record Frame, fork, headset and bottom bracket. Also seat post clamp bolt and dropout adjuster screws. This is no later than a 1979 and probably is a 78 or 79. Nutted brake mounts. 126mm rear dropout spread. 53cm ctc seat tube, 53cm ctc top tube. Marked "55" as Gios measures to top of seat cluster lug. Frame is straight and has no dents. Rust it does have and lots of scrapes and flaked paint. None of the rust seems at all serious and I think this is a solid frame. Decals are good with a little wear and peeling at the edges. See pictures for the issues. I took the pictures with a flash to make things look as bad as possible, overall this is not a bad looking frame.

Includes a Campy Record bottom bracket that seems very smooth (did not disassemble it). Also includes a Campy Record (steel) headset. Feels alright but maybe a little brinneled. I believe both of these to be original to the bike. I am also including a seat post clamp bolt and dropout adjuster screws.

I love my Gios...good luck with the sale any buyer will be pleased. Heads set, BB and a seat post bolt brings cost of the frame to 250 less shipping.
I found a prefect match for Gios Blue so an easy touchup.

Yes touchup should be easy. I didn't really try to fix anything up on this frame, just cleaned it up and removed some of the flakiest paint to make sure there wasn't a serious rust problem. Just looking for a quick flip. I actually bought the bike (which is way too small for me) because it had the full Gios pantographed component set. Those are going on my Gios.

There was a question about the rust on the bottom of the head tube. I pulled the bottom headset cup from the frame and removed the rust. Looks totally superficial to me. Here are pics:
