OK, not vintage but maybe classic. At least the members here are more likely to appreciate a modern steel frame and fork that'll take 32mm tires or 28mm with fenders. As stated in the ad, All City lists this as a 52cm, but with 54.5cm top tube this fits more like a classic 55cm which is what I normally ride. Here's my listing on Craigslist:

Willing to do $325 plus shipping for BF members. Willing to consider a trade for a 29er mountain bike frame and fork in size medium. Something like a Surly Karate Monkey, though I realize that might not be a likely find in BF vintage world.

Here's a photo of the frame as a complete build. Able to fit 700x35 Vittoria Randonneur Pro tires on CR18 rims, though you have to deflate the rear tire to get it past the chainstay bridge. This frame takes long reach brakes and I have a set of Shimano BR-600 I can throw in for an extra $30.
