Replacement front brake cable hanger

Every one of my Raleigh's have rusty pitted front brake cable hangers for the center pull brakes. Even when the rust is cleaned off the chrome is flakey.
Can anyone recommend a vintage looking replacement hanger - this is the one that is part of the headset?

Dia-compe makes a good looking hanger. Velo Orange stocks it.

The Dia-Compe model has a quick release. Not a bad thing to have.

Rivendell sells one without in chromed steel and one in alloy, which is signficantly thicker, which you need to take into account with your headset stack.

I like the QR hangers, I put them on all my bikes with cantis. On Ebay, you can get the DiaCompe branded ones for like $10 or the Shimano branded ones for like $5.

Never really thought of going with the quick release hanger - could really use it on 2 of the bikes as they don't have quick release levers.
Anyone tried the Sunlite one? Real cheap and available from Niagara. Lousy picture so can't really tell much about it.
