Sorry - no. The rear brake cable is exactly the right length. Allows for full steering without moving the cable housing or cable.
Rifle on bike forum - does not have anything to do with bikes. I am/was happy to leave for vacation and pictures were supposed to illustrate what I am going to do while on leave. Getting the meat that is shown in the pictures is one of my hobbys. Here in Sweden hunting is considered an enviromentally sound way to get healthy meat. If the picture is offending I can remove it. The other pictures maybe are as controversial? Drinking, smoking and mopeding is not something bike related either.
I was just happy.
edit - adding pic showing the cable nicely curved to allow unhindered steering or braking.

I like your plan. Real glad you're happy. BTW: Loved Sweden when we visited.
Beautiful Masi.

For the "classic & vintage" section it looks like you behaved yourself. Most of us would be showing pictures of a driveway and garage full of bikes that we collected while on our vacation. We might not mention, however, the wives yelling at us to get rid of them.

Have a great vacation! I usually take mine in weeklong segments throughout the year. It's too hot and muggy here to use it all up in the summer.

Sounds like a well spent time to me, enjoy your time off as you see as fit. Don't tease us with those token bicycle build pictures and blurbs, cough up the good stuff like you usually share with us, Styggno. Nothing is wrong with any of your pics, or your thread for that matter.

^ Ha! Looks like a great vacation, enjoy it all! It's been too long since I've had a Cohiba... Four consecutive weeks is the real deal, just like everything else posted. That moped looks like a blast.

Looks like a great time is to be had. I am on the opposite end of the spectrum right now, been traveling for work the better part of a month and miss my bikes and hobbies!

As an American still navigating the culture here in Sweden after 2,5 years, I must say that you seem to have it right... One of the biggest problems I had was learning how to take time off from work (and management constantly reminds me!) When I wasted a day or two of vacation to have furniture delivered, or buy my apartment, I was told that I was being wasteful.

I've reported this post to the moderators.
This forum has no place for advocating and glorifying illicit drugs.
What is this world coming to... posting pictures of grass and weed. There are children that read these forums. Children! Please think of the children.

Thank goodness Golden Boy reported this shameful post, glad that someone stood up for truth, justice, and bicycling...... oh, never mind.
Rear brake cable on your Masi looks fine to me, good to see a bike with proper cables, that fit closely and correctly. As usual, your bike is immaculate, Styggno.
Nice scope too, must be a good hunting arm there, use it properly and enjoy the harvest.

I'm a firearms enthusiast myself --- a nice walnut stocked bolt rifle is the appropriate tool for a C&V'er ! I'm a levergun enthusiast myself
Looks like you've got everything else sorted out for a nice vacation !

As a former moderator on a large firearms website, theHighroad.org, that gun looks nicely C&V for this forum. I like the NOS bike parts.
And I think that Masi has just the right amount of housing. I like them on the shorter side.
