No offense taken. Welcome to C&V where the posters are friendly, the responses helpful, and ALL vintage bikes are above average. (as I tip my hat to Garrison Keiler )

Cool, but remember you have to pedal with your heals, and put an old feather in your hair. Oh, and mumble a lot....
I really hope you can restore that Raleigh back to health.

You must have seen me riding my bike around! Thats exactly what I look like! except that I always have one red Converse on the left foot and a Steve Madden dress shoe on the right Im not planning to put money into it, Im trying to get a trade for a frame that fits me, I refuse to put money into another bike that I cant ride but no one seems to have a smaller frame!? So I guess it will go up for sale soon, Id like to sell it complete, but will part it if it will get me closer to getting the cash needed for a sweet ride

Also me minus the feather. The mumbling turns to yelling when people honk as they turn left in front of me at a green light. The footwear is brown rocket dogs, and the bike will usually have chrome toe clips.,,,,BD

These are great shoes for toe clips btw. I did NOT pay $75, not even half, lol.

Not to be to OT, but those shoes do look great for toe clips.
