1969 Raleigh Sprite Womens 5 speed with deraileur - Craigslist Find

I just acquired a womens Raleigh Sprite Serial Number 4874746, which according to online resources has it dated a 1969. Everything seems very original, except for a beat up gel seat. The bike even has the original Dunlop Sprite whitewalls.

Questions:
1. Best 26 inch tire for general use?
2. Do the old tires have any value? The do hold air, but are cracked.
3. Source for an orginal rear fender reflector and seat.

What a clean bike! That blue is a great color, and the chainguard is really classy. Thank god it doesn't have drop bars
