Am I the only one that wants to call all of them and insist that they take new pictures after putting air in the tires?

Probably disturbingly well; look how many eBay auctions end up going over retail price by the time somebody just gets determined to not lose.

That's why I ONLY snipe. Hopefully I end up paying less, but mostly it protects me from losing my head in bidding wars, simply because there's only so much damage can be done in 10 seconds.

Here is a real gem. The guy used on pub runs. He must have worked on it after a few too many of those pub runs.
[h=2]70's Vintage Peugeot Cadre Allege - $200 (Duluth,MN)[/h] http://images.craigslist.org/00T0T_2...xQ_600x450.jpg Join the movement and come ride the paver downtown streets of Duluth in style on this vintage French made road bike. I've gone threw this bike and cleaned, degreased, brushed and polished all of the metal surfaces and can ensure you there is minimal rust. The bike is in great shape. I just put on brand new tires and tubes (less than 10 miles on them) along with fresh bar tape. It brakes and shifts just fine but I would recommend a professional tune by a local bike shop. The bike is a great commuter, I used it mainly just for weekend Pub runs and it handled the ups and downs of Duluth just fine. It's a Larger sized bike fitting riders 6ft and taller. Cash in person. No exceptions. |

Any 6 footers in San Diego want a Tommasini? This guy is selling one 59cm frame for half it's market value:
59cm Tommasini Road Bike If I could fit a 59 cm frame, I'd buy this in a minute. As it is, I was tempted to buy it and flip it, parted out. - A slightly better deal than that $700 Iverson |
