In Boise the only thing more hopeless than the person with herpes trying to get a date in personals is trying to sell all the butchered Peugeots, Motobecanes and PANASONICS as SS/FIXIES.

Glorious revenge, say I! Too much like the financial markets, the insane rush to make a cruiser wannabe when cruisers are common as dirt and too spendy for some degree of dubiousness and really comparable to amount of thought the drug dealers here have as they get busted for the most inane schemes. Golddiggers.

Red Bianchi Pordoi 22” vintage city bike - $225 (Brookline)

Reply to: sale-fahwt-1685197937@craigslist.org [Errors when replying to ads?]

This is a city bike Italian style! Fenders, rear rack, chain guard, kick stand, generator head and tail lights make it a city bike, but sparkling red paint, with fancy lugs and that Bianchi label make it “bella mia”. It’s the alternative to the Raleigh Sports or the Dutch roadster that you’ve been looking for. Size 55cm seat tube, 56 cm head tube with 55 mm stem. 5 speed Simplex derailleur. There are dings on the chain guard and front fender, but is virtually original and in good condition. Original steel wheels have been replaced with alloy and the Panasonic Pasela tires are good. This is a nice riding bicycle, ready for spring. Red!

Well, they are not what we think of when we hear the term centerpull (like your avatar picture), but they are pulled from the center.

1984 Fuji Del Rey, nitto, sugino, brooks, planet bike, topeak - $350 (brighton)

I am selling a 1984 Fuji Del Rey which is in excellent condition for its age for $350 obo. Its a comfortable steel frame which I rebuilt last spring to commute on with new headset, bottom bracket, derailleur and brake cables/housing, brake pads, brake hoods, bar tape, cassette and chain, tires, as well as a new honey colored Brooks B17 which is still not completely broken in. Original gold wheels, Nitto bars and stem, Sugino crankset, and derailleurs. Wheels are true and roll smooth, the drivetrain works great. In addition it will come with MKS sylvan pedals, planet bike full fenders, planet bike head light and tail light, and topeak rear rack and topeak mtx bag. This bike has been great, i enjoy commuting on it, but i just dont have the space for it anymore in my apartment. The seat tube c-c is 24.75"/62.74cm and the top tube c-c is 23"/58.5 with a 100mm stem. ive had a lot of interest already so let me know if and when youd like to come see it. I live in Brighton in cleveland circle but work in needham so i can show it either place. It is in good working order, ready to go, needs nothing, hopefully it can be used for many more years by someone else. here is a link a pic and the original specs for this bike: https://classicfuji.com/DelRey_1984_Page.htm

Is it me or are there a ridiculous number of Miyata 1000's on Ebay? Counting frames, it looks like 9.

Looking for information from Centurion experts...

A friend has asked me to help him evaluate a bike that his wife is "forcing" him to get rid of. Out comes a very dusty Centurion, Ironman (Expert-Dave Scott). Subdued Red is the frame cover, frame is made of Tange had has a sticker "Made in Japan, assembled in America" Brakes are Shimano 600's as are the hubs, but the R/D is a Huret.

I can't seem to find it in one of the on line catalogs, can someone give me a guess as to the year and also let me know what components should be on the bike.

      Thanks in advance.

      Stevenson custom steel frame-$200
      Date: 2010-04-12, 6:29PM

I have a Stevenson frame that I am not in need of. It has oversized steel tubing and rides very comfortably. It is a custom frame so the sizing is a bit odd. Center of the bottom bracket to the seat collar clamp is 57cm. Center of the seatpost to the center of the steer tube is 61cm. So this frame would be great for somebody with a longer upper body, or someone around 6'1". It comes with the frame, fork, stem, and seatpost. It does need a new stem cap though. It has horizontal dropouts, so it could be made into a single speed or fixed gear. Send an e-mail to the above address with questions. Local cash sales only.
