Just got a Stephen Roche (?)
I passed on this CL listing once, but then it got relisted and I couldn't resist. Frankly, the frame is more thoroughbred then I can handle, but I've been hoping to find a pair of the Record Ergos and this fits the bill plus has one of my favorite cranks.
Anyone know about these Stephen Roche cycles? I assume it's a rebadged something-or-other. Or does Nemo tubing exclude this thing from C&V territory?

Does it look wonky? The parts are a mishmash. I was attracted to the Ergos in that mash...

Totally dumpster. I'm not even going to bother to take off the Record cranks.
I don't think this frame isn't going to wind up as a rider for me. Too small. I don't think TiG welds and threadless headstock will ever be my cup of tea. The amount of cables it takes to run brifters is barely acceptable.
It'll be fun to take apart though after a few sprints!

What's it threaded? English (urg), Italian? Irish?
Roche being a fellow Black Irishman (the most troublesome sort), I feel a strange pull towards this frame. It's actually on the low end of my size range, but I may need to once again flout Irish superiority over my English cousins. They still haven't figured it out after all these years.
