Source for brazed-on downtube shifter parts?

I don't know what they're called, but I need the parts with the square holes in the middle that fit over the brazed-on bosses. I have a couple of sets of old Record clamp-on shifters that I'd like to use on some projects needing brazed-on shifters. Thanks!
