Newb seat post question

I've never really worked on anything this old and I feel this may be a real newbie question, so here goes...

What clamp would I use to hold a saddle with two rails to a post like this? The horizontal part is only about a 1/2" in diameter. I'm guessing it's the same type seat guts I was used to seeing on most bikes throughout my childhood except with a smaller diameter clamp?

Thanks in advance.

Use a Schwinn seat from the 1950s or earlier. The part pointing forward is 9/16" and with the Schwinn seat that is the size the top of their posts were. You just turn the clamp 90 degrees from its normal position. I some ways those were good seat posts because they allowed you adjust the seat both up and down and for and aft. Roger
