Bageed a Battaglin

I picked up a Battaglin with a very mixed bag of components tonight. It's red and white with lots of frame and fork (chrome) pantographs. The tubing is SLX.

It is bombed with "anti-theft" sticky reflective tape and political bumper stickers! I have a hot air gun but would like any suggestions on how to remove the tape?

It's not my size - 56cm so I'll recycle the parts.

Are you interested in selling the forks alone?

I'd start with a hair dryer if you've got one. I'd be worried a hot air gun could cause the paint to bubble.
