Please ID this frame..
The Copper (?) frame..
Thinking of picking it up to build as a fixie for winter and just want to check what frame it is. There's a pic with the headbadge, but I don't recognize it. I also can't make out the letters on the frame..
Any help is appreciated.

Thank you, sir! I couldn't make out the letters in the top tube. Anyways, I just got a reply from the seller saying he would only sell it with the other bike stuff he has, which I don't need. I'll pass then.
