(sorry i couldn't find searching here and there, please re-direct me if such infos done somewhere in BF)

read through here, sheldon brown etc. with no luck and more confusion.

so. i got a beautiful '74 Carlton Workshop made (that i figured out from the serial number at the bottom of BB) Gran Sports. (thanks again to jwarren. the pic is in his post in the CV sales section).

what is the accurate size of headset and BB that i need to look for this particular frame? im nothing but confused soul on the mixed info on BSA BSC ISO WTF carlton nottingham raleigh 1.8" 1" 26per1 24per 1... endless fun.

so excited, btw, looking at the frame. much lighter than i thought. now i see the difference bet Reynolds and the gas pipes.

many many thanks for your kind answer or re-directing, in advance.

You're going to love that bike. At least I love my '73.

You need an ISO headset. I have a Tange Levin on mine; it looks fairly appropriate and is a quality unit at a fair price.

The BB is standard 24 tpi. Depending on the crankset you use, you'll need to pay attention to the spindle length and ISO/JIS taper.
