Not a 1980 Super LeTour. They did not come in Chrome and were made in Chicago.
Possibly a 1980 Voyageur 11.8.
1978 was last year for a Chrome LeTour 12.2. Check for a 4 digit number stamped in the head badge. Last digit is the year.

I didn't take a pic of the head badge unfortunately. I should have gotten close ups of the lugs too. The dude got it thinking it was a paramount. It was GIVEN to him by his boss.
We sold another 12.2 silver earlier this year, and the bike dealer we get them from has a '78 super le tour chrome that he wont sell.

The L6xxxxx indicates a November, 1976 frame. This would make it a 1977 model year Super LeTour 12.2.
