90s Cannondale Roadie Specs?

Found this on ebay https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...:X:RTQ:US:1123

Looks pretty sweet but I have heard that vintage aluminum is really sketchy. Also does this take a 1 1/8th inch headset?

Sketchy in what way? And that's a 1" headset.

Well this would take a 1" headset and stem as previouisley stated and you could easily bolt just about anything 130mm spaced late 80's to present on it no problem. There is nothing scetchy about early aluminium Canondales except slightly short overall wheel base which means less experienced riders not using full clip pedals may find them a bit hard to ride at first. The price is a tad high but a very nice frame.

Vintage aluminum Cannondale, Trek, Klein and other branded bikes are perfectly fine as long as there is no frame damage.

i dunno, his story sounds kind of sketchy

i cant come in to work today, im sketchy
The term, IMO, just doesn't apply to an early '90s Cannondale, especially one in that nice of condition.
