I'm confused by the downtube cable stops. At least I think that's what those are.

Yeah, I think so. They're usually where you'd have cable stops on your downtube (or DT shifter bosses). What are those?

It is a cable stop from Paragon, I believe. The threaded stop is not on the bike in the paint pics.

Oh man. I have nothing constructive to say in the face of that beauty...all I can do is stare.

I do agree with others that the stem is (drool-worthy) icing on the cake.
