Need Some Advice

So I was oiling my chain tonight on my beloved '81 Panasonic Sport and noticed that about three teeth on the upper guide pulley are missing. Not sure when or how this happened, but obviously it's not ideal.

So I'm not sure what to do in this situation. The derailleur is the original Shimano RS. I looked and it's not immediately obvious on how those pulleys come out (or if they will even come out) for replacement. If I were to get it apart, are replacement pulleys for this vintage derailleur even available? Should I just bag it and replace the whole derailleur? If so, what would be a good replacement? I know the bike isn't worth much to anyone but me, so I'm not worried about keeping everything original although I would like to stay with friction shift because I don't want to replace my bar-end shifters.

I'm not sure what to do so I need some advice from the collective wisdom here on the forum.

Is it not shifting properly? Some older pulley wheels have no teeth at all and still work fine.

It seems to be shifting OK, although now that I know it's there I can hear it every time it goes around.

I'll see if I can get some pictures together and post them.

Take off the jockey wheel in question, take a couple good photos, and put it back on the bike.

Then post the photos in the ISO/For trade thread. Someone here has a trashed derailleur just like yours, or close enough, and if you're nice (s)he will send you the jockey wheel you need.
