Getting back into it

It's been a while since being here and part of the forum and it's been a while since I've ridden much. Took a year plus some off to deal with a divorce, starting over, moving, a new relationship and a new job. All good stuff and stuff that takes time to deal with.

I'm slowly getting back to riding and gathering all of the equipment and whatnot. Took a 21 mile ride yesterday and felt great and last night, I mapped out my commute to work. 38 miles round trip and rode it this morning (off for a couple of weeks for vacation). Went well. Comes with its pains of getting back into the saddle. But it felt pretty good. Legs tired as heck though.

Still 140 pounds down. Working with a few Russian trainers with kettlebells and lifting a good amount. Kettlebells are great for muscle gain and some cardio. Weight loss is at a stall and still looking to lose another 50-60 pounds so I decided that what worked before was pairing kettlebells with good cardio..... Hence the riding and getting back into it.

Hope everyone is doing well.
