Stop drinking so much beer (not easy to do when you brew your own)
Get back to (maybe under) 15% bodyfat

Ride a century each month.

Ride a mountain century (either assault on mt. mitchell or six gap, or both!)

Break 7000 miles (I did 6000 this year).

Finish the weight loss battle I started on Jan. 1, 2006.

Not the riding......I guess it's early senility! They say you lose your memory as you age....but I can't remember if it's true or not!

Cut down to 2 packs a day. Switch from Ben and Jerry's to generic brands. Do more reps of remote curls daily!

A buddy of mine challenged me to do a Sprint Triathlon this summer...

Dang, now I have to learn how to swim in a hurry, and run!

Tom, Good on ya!

I'm doing the Tour de Cure down here on March 18, 2007.

Although not a diabetic myself, I may be borderline (due to weight) and my Mom and both In-Laws are!

I'm doing it as part of a Team, "Team A & C" (Athena & Clydesdale). Since several of our teammates are not regular cyclists, we only signed up for the 40 miler.

I was going to do the Metric Century, but although not the Team Captain, I am the Team Leader. (Long Story)
