My ride was cut short today

Picked up that giant staple a few miles in today. I was trying to get some last-minute miles in before I drive to Wichita Falls, Tx tomorrow for this weekend's Hotter 'n Hell 100 with 12,000 of my closest friends.

Ended up going to my LBS and getting a new tire (and tube). Didn't want to risk those two big punctures in that tire on a ride like that.

Good move! Being a clyde myself, the pressure I put on a tire will surely suck the tube through small holes.
