With a 13 mile ride today I am at 209.81 for the month with 4070 in elevation gain. Miles for the year is at 2290.43. Plugging along.

Quick ride today doing some errands. I should really have put a pannier on, I picked up four tubs of my isotonic drink powder and then had to figure out how to get them home. Eventually I botched something together with the rack and tying the handles of the carrier bag which worked well enough to get me home again.

I have 191 miles so far in July and only consistantly been riding since the middle of last June. Should I try for 400?

400, and 230 for last week ($#&% monsoon) makes it 630km for the last 2 weeks. I was hoping for more, but with luck the rain will hold off more this week.
