Starting weight 200 now 195 goal is 190 I don't think I'll make it
Distance on the other hand is 235 for the month and my goal was 200 All I have done is cut my portions and not drank any sodas but since I don't drink many anyway that probably didn't matter. |
Starting weight 392Lbs in june. I can only be weighed at doctors office on his super scale. I refused to weigh 400Lbs so I started riding my bike.
Weight on 8/23/13 370Lbs. My goal weight is 200Lbs. Hopefully in 2 two years. mileage goal=I'll keep riding until I drop dead or at my goal weight. I'm riding a Giant Sedona now but when I lose enough weight I want to get a road bike. Do to my many injuries the only exercise I can do is ride my bike. I ride for 45-55 min a day so far. Hoping I can continue to loose 7Lbs per month. |

Dropped nearly 8 pounds in the last week from getting back on my diet and exercise program after a major backslide.
Nice to see movement in the correct direction. Picking up the new bike today, plan to lose a lot more next month :) |

I'm a little late as we were out of town and away from the scales.
Starting weight 200 goal 190 I am 194 so I lost 6 and missed my goal by 4 Mileage goal was 200 and I rode 301. 101 over!! I am happy with what I did and really had no idea if I could reach either goal. Next month I have a lot going on so its going to be a challenge time wise to get the miles in I would like. |
