I need to change my diet for weight. Diet for weight for weight lifting and bikes is different. Any suggestions?

so you want to lose weight? the question is kind of confusing. I recommend changing your eating completely. Diet is a tough word. If you want to lose weight, lots of cardio and low calories. if you want to gain weight, lots of weight lifting and more protein in the diet will help. Although, both are very generic statements. hope that helps

I am not real sure anyone can easily pack on muscle while also losing fat. But... if that is your desire I'd find a professional trainer to help you with that goal. Or... if resources are limited... I'd go for the health benefits of getting to an idea weight first. Cycling can help with weight loss... while also increasing your fitness level.

I am going to take a stab at this and guess that....... You want to lose weight via diet and exercise [cycling].... While at the same time pump-up and gain muscle.

I was a power lifter. I look like a big olé farm boy. I want to drop weight and tone up. What is an optimal diet for cycling?
