No front eyelet.
I bought a road bike off of craigs list, a 2006 OCR 2. I am getting the bike ready for winter and I want to put full fenders on it. However it does not have a front eyelet. I've heard that I can use a p-clamp to mount it. If anyone has found any other work arounds I would like to hear about them. As always Pic are welcome.

I have planet bike EZ fenders which use a rubber band like strap to hold it to the fork...
the only problem is that they are not full fenders... but I like them...

P-clips work just fine. I'd recommend taking your bike into the hardware store to get the right size. Or buy a couple of different sizes. You need them to be snug.

just be careful that you don't clamp down too strongly on the front fork and be sure to use some rubber washers since carbon doesn't handle excessive clamping forces too well.

Thanks for the pics.
Any idea what kind of torque a carbon fork can take?
