2010 Raleigh Detour Deluxe--best all season tires? Shop will switch them up

Shop offered to switch up tires and seat if I end up purchasing it---any recommendations? I'd like a tire that will handle a plowed bike trail and will be fine in rain and shine.

Thanks!

Pretty much any tire will be fine in the rain, but I have no idea about snow. Do you need studded tires?

Switch up for free, wholesale difference or retail difference?

They want to sweeten the deal--let me pick another set of tires. They've been sitting on this bike for three years and its not a large store.

Any tire will work in the wet or loose/slushy snow - having some tread (versus slick) will get you through. If black ice or hardpack are part of the formula, then a winter tire would be better. I use the Nokian W-106, but the Schwalbe Marathon Winter is a nice choice, too.
Here's a nice overview of some winter tires: https://www.peterwhitecycles.com/studdedtires.asp

Then get the best studded tires you can get from them, with the second choice being top end touring tires. Ask for a Brooks saddle.
