Tubular front clincher rear?

Greetings. Last season (my first real run at CX'ing) I used both ho-hum wheels that came stock on my bike. After this summer I am planning on replacing the front Cosmic Carbone on my tri bike (my summer sport) with something more aero. I would like to get a cross tubular for the Cosmic and use it on my cross bike - which would leave me with a tubular in front (presumably at lower psi) and a clincher in back. Problem?
