lezyne vs silca mini pumps
looking to buy one or the other.. is either brand better? are there other better ones that are about the same price or less?

What ever you get, get one with a hose as they are much, much, easier to use when you are greasy and frustrated on the side of the road. Personally I use a Topeak mini-morph and have no problems with it, although I did need to reattach the foot rest with a piece of cord.

GI second wind pumps work great for me, best of both worlds.. Small mini pump w/ co2 option.. they make mini and larger version in both aluminum and carbon.
