Sigma Sport BC 1609 STS as first bike computer?

Hello All,

I am thinking about getting my first bike computer, and wanted to know if the Sigma Sport BC 1609 STS would be a good choice?

I would like something that tracks, distance, speed (current and average), as well as the ability to have rear mounting, so that I can can use it on my trainer. Also I would like something that I do not have to use zip ties, like the Sigma.

Any an all thoughts are welcome.

Thanks,
RH

i have that computer on my rode bike and tested it on the back wheel (i didnt set up my trainer yet...im still riding outdoors) and it worked most of the times. I think i had some interference sometimes from something (only tested it a few times on the back) and it didnt always keep speed right. I was thinking once i jump on the trainer (hope not to as i like riding outdoors) of getting a second mount and keep it on a table next to my side or on a key chain so i would always get a signal. I just might set up a wired one (have one sitting around) if i use the trainer alot as the bike would be indoors and i dont need it looking good and not worried about the wires snagging something,
