Tip on OLD bikes

Tonight in the Madison, Wisconsin craiglist, this ad appeared. He's asking $1 each. Thought someone here might have an interest.

I thought the "Classic and Vintage" forum was for the 50+'ers who had aged better.

Bob, that's a gorgeous Paramount, but I think it's more my size than yours.

Thanks! By todays standards, yes. But back in 1980 when I bought my second road bike and my first Schwinn, the LBS sold me the exact same sized frame. The Collegiate is too small for me as a 21" frame, but I love riding it (only 5 gears and no NH hill has stopped me yet ). This week I brought home a '62 Continental in a 23" frame. Next spring I'll see how it rides.
