I don't buy the "set point" nonsense NAAFA and their ilk promote either. I'm aiming for 220 because my doctor and every person I've spoken with thinks I'd be too scrawny at less than 200. I'm 6' 1" with broad shoulders, 37 inch arms, and a 31 inseam. Think football player. :-) My doctor suggest 210-225 as good for my build.
