Update on Denver Fox and Trigeminal Neuralgia

I am doing much better. Meds reduced to 1/2. Pain almost stopped. I can eat and chew!! In fact, I am doing a lot of exercise today, including pushups, bridges, planks, etc., etc. I am also going to the gym and - perhaps - participate in a aqua-aerobics "Zumba" class

Here's hoping things continue.

Thanks for all the words of support.

Your Zumba class sounds like fun.

One guy and 15 seniorly ladies

They do that thing for an HOUR!!

It was fun, but I love swimming. Right now, because of the Trigeminal Neuralgia, I can not swim - at least not the crawl, which I love - it really irritates the heck (spelled with two "l"'s) out of my trigger point area.

DF, I missed your original post. My uncle had this and it came under control fairly easily for him once he found the 'correct' doctor and I hope for you also.

Those pesky facial nerves! Good to hear that the meds are working. You're still awesome! If I have 1/20th of the gumption in me that you have in you, I'd be doing well. Cheers, DF and keep on truckin'.
