Mis-aligned handlebar on Dahon radius handle post

I have this Dahon Vitesse I7 and the handlebar is slightly skewed in relation to the center line of the bike. I have tried to twist it to the correct alignment just before tightening the locking clamp. No help there. FWIW, The post has a label stating "Radius Handle Post". Is there a means or method of tweaking the alignment? Thanks

I expect you will find a Bolt inside the hinge , It would pull up a wedge inside the steering tube ,

that like in Quill Stems can be Loosened y unscrewing a Little amd then tapping the end of the bolt to loosen the wedge then you may re align the bar ro the wheel..

It would work like that on my 2 Non DaHon folding Bikes, so I project .

My Brompton is ever so slightly askew , but that is to get the folded HB mast catch Knob
to align with the part on the fork crown, it snaps into.

Real DaHon owner and seller Thor may have a better specific answer.

There is a hex bolt on the outside base of the handlepost. Loosen the bolt, align your handlebars, then re-tighten the bolt.

At 45 seconds you'll see the headset being tightened. Instead, loosen it up a little. Also loosen up the little allen bolt that the guy has his thumb on. Put the handle post up, while everything is still loose. When the handlebars are straight, tighten the bolt on the OUTSIDE first, then unfold, and tighten the headset screw.

I've swapped handlepost stems before, so I know how to do the adjustments. It's quite easy actually, and there's quite a few tutorials on YouTube for specific mods/adjustments.

This video (very informative), even though you're not swapping out the stem, shows how a mod is done. Very simple,...and it starts to make you understand that these adjustments and changes aren't so difficult after all.
