Johnny G Spinning DVD's...any good?

Folks,

Just bought myself a Spinner Pro Star Trac product for indoor spin and scuplting. I need workout video's but I am not sure if the Johnny G DVD's below are a workout video or instructional video on how to use spinner.

Spinning with Johnny G
Spin & Sculpt
Spin & Slim
Spin Circuit

Anyone have experience on using the DVD's listed in spinning.com? If not, can someone suggest alternatives? Where I live, there is no opportinity for group cycling. So I need a workout DVD or tape to get going myself. Please advice..

Go get the Carmichael tapes. They're professionals.
