I need a fender

I need a rear fender that will attach to either the saddle rail or somewhere below the seatpost. I have a Topeak wedge and it consumes all the space on the seatpost to attach anything else, even my tail light. The cateye tail light does not seem to have any attachment for the wedge clipping.

Any ideas?

Any one of the mountain bike types that fix as in the attachment. By the way- Don't follow the line of the wheel if you want to stay dry. Fix it high up the post as you can- with a steep angle as in the picture and mount the rear lamp on the seat stay. Or get a rack as in the other picture and a top bag. This will keep most of the rain and dirt off you.
And get another Tool bag for the bike that will fit.
