I like that nasbar seems to be the place that has the more odd ball and nos stuff of all the big mail order places. For clothing I lean towards performance but lately Nashbar has won some of my cash with some good prices on odd parts, nos seat and a fixed hub.

Nashbar is not a BAD company...I was just being a whiner and got pissy that my shoes took forever....I ordered something sunday night and it'll be hre tomorrow by 4:30 pm 
that extra 2 bucks helped....also I paid under 20 bucks for 2 new tires.

if you have a buddy in the USA
have it shipped there and then have him ship it
depending on how bad they tax you and your exchange rate, etc. If you can get it sent as a gift you'd be good

Well I got a smoking deal or two at Nashbar last weekend but IMO the USPS sucks. Nashbar shipped my order on Monday (Sat internet order) which is all I could ask for, and I still don't have it.
