Could you take a closer picture, and put something in the picture to use as a size reference? I would suggest a ruler or tape measure.

If I had to guess I would say 160mm = 6.3" ; give or take.

Take a measuring tape and measure it yourself? Ask the person who owns the bike?

I'm about to buy a fixie. I want to buy handlebars like in the picture, but im not sure about the size. Found this pic on fb from 2012 and didn't receive a reply from the owner. That's why im asking for your ideas.
The bike is Pure Fix...could it be an original FGFS pure fix handle bar?

Count the bricks and you'll get your answer! Bricks are generally about 2.5" thick, and the mortar in between them probably adds 1/2" per pair. So that adds up to about 10" rise, if you figure that there are slightly less than 4 bricks from the top of head tube to top of the handlebar.

I looked up BMX handlebars in a catalog. Most of them were 7.5" or 8" rise.

thanks for the input everyone. I found out that the original pure fix handlebar is 4.75. So this one should be around 5.5 or 6
