Bottom Bracket Replaced Today
Apparently after loosening over time a couple of bearings found their way out of their race and in between the race and the cup. Some were actually squared off in spots and the cup was destroyed. They replaced both cups, both races, and the spindle. I still use the original cranks of course. Total cost was only $60.
Can't wait to take it out again and tear up the pavement.
