Replacement seatpost for Trek 7300

I want to replace the seatpost on my Trek 7300. Time to get rid of the suspension post.
Can someone recomend a light replacement post? Must be black.

Thanks

The cheapest micro adjustable seatpost you can get from Performance or Nashbar. Do you need setback? If so, consider it. Also check Niagara, as they frequently beat everyone on price.

Another thought - take that seatpost out, and see if there is any adjustment that can be made to completely eliminate all movement. Is there an allen bolt inside that can compress tehspring completely?

The seat post on this bike appears to be adjustable:

Now whether it can be tightened to 100% firm is another question but it can be adjusted.
